On September 22, 1986, an alien consisting of 98% fur named Gordon Shumway crashed his spaceship into the home of the Tanners (Willie, Kate, Lynn, and Brian) They immediately took him into their home and named him ALF short for Alien Life Form.

For four years ALF lived with the Tanners always avoiding house guests, chasing the family cat Lucky, eating everything insight, and breaking anything with value.

ALF was born on October 28, 1756 on the planet Melmac. His parents were Bob and Flo Shumway. ALFs home plnet Melmac had recently blown up, sending him to Earth. On Melmac, ALF was a member of the Orbit Guard and also enjoyed playing BouillaBaseball(the name of this page!), a Melmacian form of baseball using fish parts. He went to college for 64 years and majored in pedestrian crossing.
